Tony Reeder and his son, Cody, both born and raised<br />

in Mansfield, are the featured artists at Gallery on High<br />

in London in <strong>September</strong>.<br />

Tony is a self-taught photography buff who moved<br />

to London in 2011. After taking a couple of drawing and<br />

stained-glass classes, he joined the London Visual Arts<br />

Guild. Excelling in both mediums, Tony soon became<br />

the LVAG secretary in 2012 and president in 2014-15.<br />

Cody still resides in Mansfield, where he studied<br />

graphic arts and photography at North Central State<br />

College. He works for Buckeye Education Systems in<br />

Lexington as marketing director and specializes in catalogue<br />

layout and banner creation. He also trains educators<br />

to use tech equipment in art and STEM classes.<br />

Their “Like Father, Like Son” exhibit has something<br />

interesting for everyone to see. The opening reception<br />

is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 5 and from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 6.<br />

The gallery is located at 5 E. High St., London. Regular<br />

hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays<br />

and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.<br />

Open studio space available to area artists<br />

The London Visual Arts Guild offers free open studio<br />

space from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays at 7 E. High St., London,<br />

for anyone who wants a space to create, paint or<br />

draw. Guild artists are there to inspire and help with<br />
