Our Community Rehabilitation team has launched the<br />
CARDIHAB Smart CR application to determine whether<br />
a mobile-enabled application is a viable alternative to a<br />
traditional centre-based program for clients and patients over<br />
65 years of age.<br />

Our inaugural Aged Care Art Competition in collaboration with<br />
social work, residential care and aged and community care<br />
teams.<br />

Our Aboriginal <strong>Health</strong> Working Group and the Community<br />
team led development of the next <strong>Monash</strong> <strong>Health</strong> Innovate<br />
Reconciliation Action Plan with input from the Aboriginal<br />
community, employees and representative organisations. This<br />
is with Reconciliation Australia for final approval.<br />
