29 Feb Frosty Run

Frosty 5k is a brand new event - not just to St Helena Hospice or

Colchester but across the country. It’s a 5k fun run - but you can

walk, run, hop, dance etc round the course, which is two laps

of a 2.5k route - so it’s suitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs,

meaning any age can take part!
