I had to chuckle when I read TCREA President Beth Atkins’ report in this issue. She discusses<br />

the challenge of meeting buyers’ needs within the “limited” number of 959 current listings on the<br />

MLS system, across the <strong>Turks</strong> & <strong>Caicos</strong> <strong>Islands</strong>. When I consider that the entire country covers<br />

only 166 square miles of land (and most of the population of 40,000 dwells on Providenciales), it<br />

actually seems as if there are quite a lot of properties on the market.<br />
