It’s a seller’s market, as demand continues to grow.

I had to chuckle when I read TCREA President Beth Atkins’ report in this issue. She discusses
the challenge of meeting buyers’ needs within the “limited” number of 959 current listings on the
MLS system, across the Turks & Caicos Islands. When I consider that the entire country covers
only 166 square miles of land (and most of the population of 40,000 dwells on Providenciales), it
actually seems as if there are quite a lot of properties on the market.
