Dear valued customers, market followers,
buyers and visitors:
It is hard to believe that 2018/19 has come and gone,
leaving behind another great year for TCREA and the
Turks & Caicos Islands.
Our jurisdiction is increasingly becoming a second/
third home destination and a place from which homeowners
operate their businesses. Where else could you enjoy
sunny beaches, turquoise seas, a friendly community and
still be able to do your work (or retire in style)?
We are still very much a sellers’ market as we continue
to experience some of the indicators such as decreased
inventory and shorter days on market. With the increase in
the average sell price, our sales increase. A fantastic affirmation!!
As I dialogue with our agents and brokers, what echoes
throughout is the challenge of meeting our buyers’ needs
within our limited 959 current listings throughout the
entire Turks & Caicos Islands. That limited supply speaks
volumes for our industry as we are constantly faced with the pleasurable challenge of finding, creating, building
and customizing the properties that our buying public demands.
