Test Speed – velocity in in/sec of the test.
Pause Time – dwell time at peak force.
Measurement Interval – displacement interval between data points.
Spring Height Force – The force the machine will use to define spring free height.
Start/End Point – These define the range the program will use to calculate spring
rate. These numbers may be changed after the test.

To continue the test, click the Start Test button.
From the spring test window (Figure 7) use the Measure Gap button when the
program does not have a gap measurement recorded (red light displayed). You will
need to measure the gap each time you start the program. You will be prompted
to enter a block height number if you are using a block between the platens when
measuring the stroke.
