in Figure 2 above, which is known to provide the bestconditions for the maintenance of the adequate coronaryhemodynamics (see Figure 5 herein).Our factual data are sufficient to allow definiteconclusions that the above anastomosing phenomenonis an adaptational & protective mechanism responsiblefor the recovery of the coronary flow underinadequate or unfavorable conditions in a human organism(as exhibited in Figure 3 and Figure 4 herein).Results and DiscussionsUpon completion of our original studies carriedout with the use of Hemodynamic Analyzer Cardiocode,we have detected some individual cases of thephenomena of a pressure amplitude decrease identifiedaccording to the rheographic curve that is evidencefor opening of arteriovenous anastomoses. Theabove described individual phenomena have not beenaccompanied by any clinical manifestations or complaints.The detected phenomena of anastomosing is aclear marker that there are non-optimal conditions forhemodynamics, which deplete the coronary flow andinitiate the energy deprivation of the myocardium. Atthe same time, the author cannot state that the detectionof some individual cases of opening of anastomosesshould be attributed to these circumstances onlyand exclusively. Within the context, the author thinksit is most likely to be one of the flexible adaptationalmechanisms responsible for and capable of recoveringan adequate coronary flow and providing the properenergy delivery to the cardiac muscle.ConclusionsOur topical research study has made it possible todetect some individual phenomena covering openingof arteriovenous anastomoses, and it is capable ofoffering one of the reasonable attributable explanationsthereof. Besides, the study gives us a possibilityto take a fresh look at the mechanism of the operationof the arteriovenous anastomoses and revise theconventional concept of interpreting anastomosingas an unfavorable pathophysiological response by ahuman organism. Our comparative analytical studyof the cardiometric data on the states in the well-conditionedathletes provides for clear reference markersand indicators of those cardiometric conditions,which are the most favorable for athletes, who shouldwithstand heavy loads in the proper manner and whorequire high energy consumption to provide an adequateenergy delivery to the myocardium. The detectionof non-optimal cardiometric conditions, whichcannot maintain the proper coronary flow in someathletes and which result in opening of arteriovenousanastomoses in some individual cases as adaptational& protective response produced by the organism,shows that there is lack of conditioning of the athletein question, so that his/her heart preparedness toaccept heavy loading in sports competitions may bedoubtful.
