In the adopted Resolution, the participants of theCongress expressed their general opinion that thestrategic objectives of the development of internationalcooperation in the field of science, technology andsociety in the framework of the International NobelMovement are the following:- popularization of the achievements of Nobelisticsby creating specialized museum, library, archivaland electronic funds, holding conferences and workingmeetings, publishing books and articles on Nobeltopics, through realization of the program of scientifictourism at Nobel places of Russia and the world, publicationof books and articles in Nobel topics, the integrationof information resources in the field of Nobelisticsin electronic library of the Russia and the world,in particular, in the Electronic Library “The ScientificHeritage of Russia”, the consolidation of researches ofnobelists of the world, ensuring of the continuous dialoguebetween them;- elaboration and realization of measures directedon expansion of recognition by the world scientificand educational community of scientific achievementsin the field of Nobelistics, especially considering itsintegrative function of combining natural science andhumanitarian knowledge;- development and dissemination of experience inthe establishment and functioning of joint internationaleducational and research projects in the field of Nobelisticsand the International Nobel Movement;- definition of sources of financing and material-technicalsupport of development of the internationalcooperation in the field of Nobelistics and Nobelmovement.As the priority measures for expansion of the internationaldialogue of scientists-Nobelists and participantsof Nobel movement are recommended:- the creation of permanent operating specializedportal in Internet containing: sites of the centers of Nobelisticsand Nobel movement; the electronic debatingplatform; the section devoted prepared and conductedactivities; database of proposals about cooperation;electronic libraries, archives and museums of participants;database of the scientists-Nobelists, working inRussia and abroad;- holding the regular international Congresses andother forums in the field of Nobelistics and InternationalNobel movement with participation of representativesof science and education, Nobel Laureates,their colleagues, students and relatives, members ofThe Association of Nobel Family, and also with obligatoryparticipation of students and young researchers;- elaboration of the conception and creation ofpermanent operating Russian coordinating councilfor development of the international scientific-educationalcooperation in the area of nobelistics and InternationalNobel Movement, focusing on the developmentof a highly inspiraing creative environmentthat stimulates the highest achievements of the humanmind, the ethics of the scientific and educationalsociety.The Congress participants:- notice constructive and productive character ofchange of minds which took place, openness and practicalorientation of discussions in the course of Congresswork;- look at Nobelistics as an integral part of the globalscientific and educational community, remainingopen and receptive to the achievements of scientistsfrom different countries, and reaffirm their commitmentto innovation growth world and national science,priority development of knowledge production,new technologies;- call on the global scientific and educational communityto consolidate efforts to further develop internationalcooperation in solving the problems of science,technology, society and the International NobelMovement;- express need to support the “International Unionof Nobelists” to unite the World's nobelists in solvingthe problems of science, technology, literary creativity,society and the International Nobel Movement;- call on Russian scientists to take an active partin the nomination of candidates for the INIC-SALUSaward “for technological solutions that contribute tothe sustainable development of mankind”;- support the decision of the INIC to award annualInternational Humanistic Awards, as well as Nobelscholarships for students and graduate students ofRussian universities;- express the need to significantly intensify thedevelopment and study of transonic combustion,adapting the applied science sections in the field ofgas hydrodynamics, supersonic jet devices, kineticsof chemical transformations in fast-moving processes,system analysis of executive means; to carry outdesign studies of a scaled series of transonic combustioninstallations; to propose the practical implemen-76 | Cardiometry | Issue 15. tation of an international megaproject of a mobilesea-based complex to save the Baltic Sea from dangerousflooding;- appeal to the Russian authorities, internationalscientific, political and writer organizations, as wellas Nobel Prize Winners with a request, in accordancewith their powers and resources, to make a possiblecontribution to address congressional priorities;At the Congress new members of the new socialmovement “Union of Nobelists” have been admitted.The 13th Nobel Congress will be held in Tambov inOctober 2024.Professor V.M.
