Author’s biography: Christine Townsend is<br />
a RN Case Manager for Catholic Health Initiatives<br />
and a part-time nurse educator with Instructional<br />
Connections. Townsend has practiced in many areas<br />
of nursing over her 17-year career. Her personal<br />
goal is to collaborate with patients, families, the<br />
health care team, and the community to forge<br />
trusting, caring, and compassionate relationships to<br />
