PMG
PROPERTY FUNDS
MANAGEMENT
Proudly Bay of Plenty born and bred
WE ARE LIVING IN
UNPRECEDENTED
times, with
businesses and
governments
scrambling across
the globe to fight
a common enemy. We must all work
together to get through the stressful
times generated by COVID-19.
Whatever happens, one thing is certain:
PMG will do everything we can to
support our people, clients, tenants and
partners, and do our best to balance the
needs of all our stakeholders.
But don’t take our word for it. We have
third-generation customers who trust
us to grow their wealth because we
did right by their parents, and their
grandparents before them. (See our
survey results.)
Proven performance throughout
multiple economic cycles
As a property funds manager, we know
there is much business and investor
wariness as a result of the current crisis.
We understand because we have
faced stark challenges before. Over our
28-year history, we’ve been through
multiple economic cycles.
While PMG and our property investment
funds are not immune from global
events, we have had practice and we
are in a good position to weather the
current storm.
Our success to date comes down to our
strategy of providing solid, diversified
and unlisted commercial property
investments, underpinned by the
security of long-term holdings of land
and buildings, to provide people with
regular returns. Our strategy will remain
steadfast.
Economic and market volatility are
precisely why PMG transitioned to a
funds management business model
in 2014 – placing multiple properties,
with diverse tenants across several
geographies in one fund – and
transitioned away from single property
syndications.
We also have structured our business
and funds to endure tough times
