level 1, Plus Fitness Lincoln is running a 10<br />
week bootcamp program to help get people<br />
up and going before the holiday season kicks<br />
in. Starting on Sat 3rd October we will run 1<br />
hour sessions Wed 7:00pm and Sat 8:00am<br />
Cost is $160 members and $200 non members.<br />
Sessions will include various activities<br />
from HIIT/Strength/Boxing training<br />
to make it both fun, motivating and<br />
challenging.<br />
