SEMEN DETECTION FIELD TEST
Identi-PSA is a rapid qualitative test in a device for PSA
detection from traditional biological samples (serum,
plasma, or blood), but also from sperm samples collected
with a swab either on the clothes or on the body of the presumed
victim of a sexual assault. Identi-PSA is perfectly
suitable for use in forensic medicine. These highly sensitive
tests detect PSA levels higher than or equal to 4 ng/ml.
Reliable, fast results within 10 minutes.

SEMEN DETECTION
PRESUMPTIVE FIELD TEST
These Presumptive Tests are designed to provide the crime
scene investigator with the ability to conduct presumptive
chemical fluid field tests utilizing simple methodology and
minimum equipment. These one-time use tests feature a
swab pad on the end of a plastic tube containing a glass
crush vial with premixed chemical reagents.
To use these Presumptive Tests, simply remove the cardboard
protective cap and moisten the swab pad with the
included distilled water or reagent. To collect the sample,
you will rub the swab pad on the suspected stain. Once you
have successfully collected the sample, break the crush
vials in the plastic tube, shake to mix the liquids, and gently
squeeze the tube to moisten the swab pad. Observe a
color change to indicate a positive presumptive reaction.
Each box contains eight tests, a dropper bottle of distilled
water or reagent, and instructions for use.

SEMINAL FLUID
PRESUMPTIVE TMP TEST
The TMP (thymophthalein monophosphate) test is designed
to provide a convenient, reliable laboratory test for the presumptive
presence of acid phosphatase (semen). It is more
sensitive to the presence of acid phosphatase than other
presumptive tests.

FINGERNAIL COLLECTION KIT
In an assault, the victim’s fingernail(s) may break off during
the struggle. Our Fingernail Collection Kit is used for comparison
and when the clipping(s) is submitted to the crime laboratory,
trace amounts of DNA may be found on the clipping and
on the recovered broken nail as well. Contains 5 storage containers
and 5 individually wrapped fingernail clippers.
