SUSPECTED FENTANYL LABEL
The following labels meet the recommendations set forth by the DEA
in labeling collected fentanyl samples. The DEA’s recommendation for
collection is to first store in an agency approved plain envelope. That
envelope should then be sealed with evidence tape, then labeled with a
"Suspected Fentanyl" label. After labeling and sealing the first envelope, BAG-IN/BAG-OUT FILTER
the initial envelope should then be placed in a second envelope, sealed
