Reformation to Remotest Regions
Originally designed to provide online resources for Persecuted
Christians in Restricted Access Areas, WCBI is pleased
to make these valuable resources more widely available,
particularly in this time when so many are restricted in
travel. WCBI is ideal for home educators, missionaries and
evangelists. You can access an entire educational programme
of video presentations, audio lectures, PowerPoints, lecture
notes, workbooks, manuals, textbooks and inspiring examples
of excellence from history, in the comfort of your own home.
“Expect great things from God! Attempt great things for God!”
Bibles for Africa
Despite Lockdown restrictions on travel, we managed to
organise for Bible deliveries in indigenous African languages,
including: Bemba, Chichewa, Moru, Ndebele, Shangaan,
Shona, Xhosa and Zulu, to trusted pastors and evangelists
in Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe and
Sudan.
Webinars, Zoom Conferences and Church Planting
We also took part in Webinars and conference events by
Zoom. I travelled up the West coast to a remote area to
conduct services and assist in a church planting project.
March to Parliament
We participated in a March to Parliament to protest against government complicity in farm murders and terrorism. I
was asked to address the marchers at the gates of parliament and numerous radio and TV interviews followed up this
event.
Outreaches
We distributed tens-of-thousands of tracts and Gospel booklets in outreaches in and around Cape Town during
Women’s Day and for International Life Chain Sunday. Our missionaries conducted regular outreaches in least reached
areas throughout the Cape Peninsula. We have engaged in over 200 outreaches this year, including on local university
campuses, in Muslim neighbourhoods, door-to-door evangelism, street ministry, open air preaching, outside abortuarys,
in shopping centres, at railway stations, at bus and taxi ranks, at hospitals, in parks and in prisons. Hunter organised and
led 90 outreaches and developed 31 relationships of regular ongoing evangelism and discipleship. Hunter also led 38
Bible studies, 5 workshops and 26 sermons, presentations and radio programmes.
