You are hereby notified that on the 12th day of January, 2021, Ryan Joseph Lappie, filed in
this Court a Petition for Adoption of Isabel Kaylyn Cochrane, a minor, whose date of birth is
06/13/10, and for change of the name of the minor to Isabel Kaylyn Lappie. This Court, located
at 1 North Main Street, London, Ohio 43140 will hear the petition on the 4th day of March,
2021, at 2:00 o’clock p.m.
It is alleged in the petition, pursuant to R.C. 3107 .07, that the consent of Nash Rayburn
Francis Cochrane is not required due to the following:
