NOTES FROM NETJETS Latest happenings, onboard updates, and companywide news. © NETJETS ANTICIPATING DELIVERY OF THE GLOBAL 7500 We are welcoming Bombardier’s newest aircraft and the largest purpose-built business jet ever built, the Global 7500, into the NetJets fleet in 2021. This aircraft provides a more expansive range than any other aircraft in the NetJets fleet. It is configured with four distinct cabin zones, offering ample room for uninterrupted relaxation or an extended boardroom meeting. The six-person conference/dining suite is ideal for hosting, and the entertainment suite features a 40-inch 4K monitor and theater sound. I initially started my career with NetJets back in 2007 and spent time in six different departments, including Operations, Sales, Service Quality, and Strategic Initiatives. After transitioning to managing internal sales for QS Partners, becoming EJM President in 2018 and relocating to my hometown of Cincinnati, Ohio, was a logical and welcomed next step. WHAT DOES YOUR NORMAL DAY CONSIST OF? Every day we begin with an operations briefi ng, with all key departments represented, and discuss the day prior, current day, and the next day. We have just over 800 employees, and our business is composed of 80% aircraft management and 20% charter. We manage 215 aircraft across the U.S. in 90 locations and complete an average of 115 fl ights every day. Between communicating with both Owners and prospects, and each of our internal teams, most of my day is spent ensuring our business is running effectively and effi ciently. WHAT IS THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE YOU FACE IN YOUR ROLE? Currently, the biggest challenge is the everchanging and varied operating restrictions by each state and country. Even prior to the pandemic, we have always carefully tracked political unrest, weather, travel restrictions, and more, but entry requirements have become incredibly complex in the past year. We are fortunate to have the relationship with NetJets and can leverage its teams’ knowledge and technology to help us track everything currently going on across the world. Every day we have Owners and passengers contacting us about when and where they can travel, and our teams are constantly reviewing rules so we can give the most up-to-date and accurate information. “The NetJets Touchless Serving Menu features a variety of options ... that require no onboard preparation.” AERIAL APPETIZER NetJets’ selection of onboard menus ensures something for everyone’s tastes. LARGE CABIN TOUCHLESS AND LIGHT-TOUCH CATERING MENU With safety always being our top priority, we often collaborate with our partner vendors to develop best practices to ensure the health and wellbeing of both our Owners and crews. One result of a recent initiative with our catering partners is the creation of our new touchless menu, available on large cabin aircraft, which offers pre-plated selections that can be served from caterer to table without intermediary preparation. The NetJets Touchless Serving Menu features a variety of options, from breakfast to dinner entrées, that require no onboard preparation. Lighttouch choices—or items that require reheating, such as fl atbreads and dinners with grilled proteins—are also featured. For more elevated dining, our Signature Selections Menu, offering seasonal, location-based options, can be prepared as a touchless or light-touch meal without being replated. These new offerings are part of our investment in critical new protocols and the wide range of additional steps our partners conduct for the protection our Owners expect—and deserve. NetJets 27
