The charity was created by the founder,<br />
Esther McVey, with the aim of working with<br />
young women who wished to have access to<br />
successful female role models which has<br />
been an issue throughout history. Today, the<br />
task is spread the success of empowered<br />
women and inspire the next generation of<br />
young female role models in powerful<br />
positions across almost all walks of life.<br />
Specifically tailored to the needs of girls in<br />
Years 8 and 9 our Confidence, Assertiveness<br />
& Resilience workshop training helps to<br />
develop critical personal skills.<br />
We have guest speakers each week including<br />
one of the Doctors who helped to created<br />
the Covid vaccine at Oxford University!<br />
