PARTNER PROGRAM: Honours Bachelor of Social Work<br />

CREDITS AWARDED: 5 of 20 credits<br />
PATHWAY DETAILS: A minimum 75 per cent overall GPA required to apply. This agreement is a pathway into the 2nd year<br />
of the Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) program. Students are required to apply for entry into the 3rd year in order to continue<br />
with the Professional Years of the program. Students not accepted into the 3rd year of the program will need to choose an<br />
alternate major to continue studies at Trent. The transfer credits awarded to a student through this agreement will remain with<br />
the student in their alternate program of study. Transfer credits will be recognized as a pass grade on Trent transcripts.<br />

CREDITS AWARDED: Up to 10 credits<br />
PATHWAY DETAILS: A minimum 75 per cent GPA is required. Students receive a Honours Bachelor of Applied Science<br />
in Family and Community Social Services from the University of Guelph and a Social Service Worker diploma from Humber.<br />
Program can be completed in 2 years in class or in 2.5 years with fully online or online/in-class hybrid format.<br />

CREDITS AWARDED: Up to 42 out of 120 credits<br />
PATHWAY DETAILS: Students with a minimum 3.0 (B or 70 per cent ) GPA and any specified prerequisites may be<br />
considered for admission to York University and will be eligible for transfer credit assessment. Normally applicants will receive<br />
30 – 42 credits out of 120 credits for an Honours Bachelor degree.<br />

PATHWAY DETAILS: Students with a minimum 3.0 (B or 70 per cent ) GPA and any specified prerequisites may be<br />
considered for admission to York University and will be eligible for transfer credit assessment. Normally applicants will receive<br />
24 to 30 credits out of 120 credits for an Honours Bachelor degree.<br />
