Anxiety in Tweens and Teens

aimed at adults provides a basic
understanding of anxiety and
how it particularly relates to
children. Participants will hear
of strategies to support anxious
teens and tweens, promoting
bravery and well-being. The
speaker is Catherine Gallagher,
a registered clinical psychologist
who has worked with children,
tweens, teens and their families
over the last 18 years. This
