9. Washing of hands was also observed w/ children during and after eating
10. Prayer before and after meal was also observed.
11. Nutrition Education during feeding.
12. The beneficiaries were also given vitamins to boost their immune system.
13. The beneficiaries were also received Hygiene Kit for good grooming and proper hygiene.
14. Liquidation report was submitted at the end of 120 feeding days.
Issues and Concerns
There were feeding beneficiaries who hesitate to eat vegetables. Some pupils need to be
guided who eats slowly and sometimes they need to be spoon feed.
Actions Taken
Explains to them the benefits derived from eating vegetables. Guided them while they eat
and spoon feed while they need especially those children in Kindergarten.
