(eng) Sulamith Wülfing is the Möndin (moon woman) and is the 18th card in my new

Pille Palle Tarot. It is a very special tarot card deck. On the one hand, because the cards come to life through animations and

a 3-dimensionality thanks to its accompanying app. On the other hand, because of the imagery of the Pille Palle Tarot: its

focus lies on the stories and events around a unique area: the Wupper region. Each card tells of that certain something of the

ancient and strongest industrial and economic region of Europe, which was once inhabited by Germanic and Celtic tribes and

was partly, if only slightly, occupied by the mighty Romans.

(eng) Already during the Ice Age, the Neanderthals moved through the tundra of today's Wupper region. From the modern

pioneers, the politicians and philosophers to the Bergisch “Robin Hood” and city icons such as Friedrich Engels, Pina Bausch or

Aunty Hanna, legendary historical images combine with ancient symbolism and the so-called archetypes and mark a

Milestone in the multi-edged development of the Wupper area, which consists of the city triangle Remscheid, Solingen and

Wuppertal, the district of Mettmann, the city of Leverkusen, the Rheinisch-Bergisch and the Oberbergisch district and parts of

the Rhein-Sieg district.

The tarot images were created by the artist Yvette Endrijautzki, the soundtracks by Martin Erbler. The app was created by
