Amber Tyldesley is a<br />
27-year-old wildlife artist<br />
from Warr<strong>in</strong>gton <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
UK. She graduated from<br />
<strong>the</strong> University of Liverpool <strong>in</strong> 2015<br />
with first-class honours <strong>in</strong> English,<br />
and has s<strong>in</strong>ce begun to pursue her<br />
passion for <strong>the</strong> arts professionally.<br />
Work<strong>in</strong>g predom<strong>in</strong>antly <strong>in</strong> acrylics,<br />
her artwork derives from a<br />
fasc<strong>in</strong>ation with <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>tricate details,<br />
textures and colours found with<strong>in</strong><br />
<strong>the</strong> natural world.<br />
Hav<strong>in</strong>g received no formal art<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g, her work has evolved<br />
<strong>in</strong> an entirely self-taught manner<br />
s<strong>in</strong>ce launch<strong>in</strong>g her career. Her<br />
high-impact sections highlight a<br />
surpris<strong>in</strong>g level of detail and show<br />
a special <strong>in</strong>terest <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>teraction<br />
between light and dark. Amber<br />
often <strong>in</strong>corporates high-gloss res<strong>in</strong><br />
<strong>in</strong>to her work as <strong>the</strong> f<strong>in</strong>al step <strong>in</strong><br />
her process. She f<strong>in</strong>ds that res<strong>in</strong><br />
heightens <strong>the</strong> colours and contrasts<br />
