Heart of Florida United Way representatives announced the election of four new community leaders to its 2021-22 board of directors, bringing the total number of community representatives to 39. Among those named and serving a three-year term is Winter Garden resident Karmyn Norwood, deputy vice president of Sensors and Global Sustainment and vice president of Rotary Wing and Ground Programs for Lockheed Missiles and Fire Control. Attorney Jillian Skinner, a Winter Garden resident, joins the practice of Dean Mead. Representatives of Dean Mead, a business law firm, announced the addition of attorney and Winter Garden resident Jillian Skinner. Jillian practices business litigation and labor and employment law. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018. After graduating from there, she spent a year as a litigation associate at a global firm before clerking with the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
