We always wanted to try our hand at owning a cafe, however never thought
seriously about it, as Sam had a fulfilling and ‘safe’ career at Qantas.
Enter “COVID” in March 2020, and things changed dramatically. Overnight, the
aviation industry and Sam’s 30+ year career as an International OBM was over.
As the saying goes, “one door closes and another one
opens”, we decided to put the cafe idea into practise.
Sam and Linda come to The Chocolaterie Cafe with a
combined 60 years in service excellence (Linda also
enjoying a 28 year career with Qantas). Having travelled
extensively around Australia and the world, their
experiences have highlighted the importance of customer
interaction that makes beneficial and lasting impressions.
We are dedicated to making a positive difference to all
who walk through our door and our community at large.
So here we are. Woohoo.

70 years combined customer service experience, TPCC
delivers every guest personalised attention. Whether you

north-facing covered deck enjoying a coffee, you will

Chocolate and coffee focussed, The Precinct Chocolaterie
Cafe also offers great food with a wide range of healthy
salads, wraps and rolls. There is also plenty to satisfy your
sweet craving.
Couverture Chocolates made on premises. Pete Edmunds,
Chocolatier, has a passion for creating a variety of artisan
and handmade chocolates, sourcing quality organic
single origin cocoa beans and performing all chocolate
processing in-house – bean to bar – creating quality
chocolates.
Unique coffee roasted on site. Quattro Coffee Roasters are
all about the highest quality coffee sourced from around
the world and roasted at no3 Apollo Street! We use
Quattro’s unique 4 bean espresso blend and single origins
to create amazing tasting coffee and align with their
commitment to focussing on the environment through
sourcing and packaging.
Conveniently located just 1.5 km from Mona Vale
village shops and only 3 km from Warriewood Square,
TPCC is perfectly positioned in a quiet side street in
the Warriewood valley.
