It is with great pride that we announce Paralympian Ellie Cole<br />
as the ambassador for the <strong>2021</strong> My Future, My Choice Sydney<br />
Disability Expo on Fri 3rd & Sat 4th December, Exhibition Hall 3,<br />
Sydney Olympic Park.<br />
Ellie Cole was honoured as the flagbearer at the Tokyo 2020<br />
Closing Ceremony with a record-breaking 17 Paralympic<br />
medals and OAM to her name. An extraordinary athlete, she has<br />
overcome injuries and adversity to rise to great heights.<br />
Having lost her right leg at the age of three after a cancer<br />
diagnosis, Ellie is now an inspiration to many other young people.<br />
The My Future, My Choice FREE Sydney Disability Expo facilitates<br />
choice and empowerment. It links people with a disability with<br />
hundreds of local product and service providers and presents a<br />
range of informative and interactive presentations delivered by<br />
industry experts.<br />
“People come to the expo understandably excited about how<br />
to utilise their funding to enhance their lives in meaningful and<br />
practical ways,” says spokesperson for the My Future, My Choice<br />
Disability Expo and ImpactInstitute Senior Advisor Kathryn Carey.<br />
Thrilled to be returning in a face-to-face format for the first<br />
time in two years, the Sydney Disability Expo is delivered using<br />
COVIDSafe practices.<br />
