A wide variety of goodies are up for grabs in MATCO Services’<br />

holiday raffle.<br />

From ski passes, a drill set, and a wine-themed gift basket to an<br />

Amazon Fire Stick, a Google Nest, and a Facebook Portal, the pile<br />

of prizes offers lots of variety.<br />

The drawing will be held on Dec. 21. Tickets are available in sixpacks<br />

for $5 and can be purchased by stopping by MATCO Services,<br />

Organizers also welcome donations<br />

of additional raffle items, such as gift<br />

baskets, gift cards, gift certificates, and<br />

other new, unwrapped gift items. They<br />

also welcome monetary donations.<br />

Items can be dropped off during the<br />

hours listed above until the day of the<br />

drawing. Alternatively, MATCO can<br />

make arrangements to pick up donations.<br />

Organizers also can deliver raffle<br />

tickets.<br />

Established in 1973, MATCO Services<br />

provides work opportunities for<br />

adults with disabilities. The organization’s<br />

mission is to “ensure that adults<br />

with disabilities can contribute their<br />

talents and abilities to benefit the local<br />

community.”<br />

All proceeds from the holiday raffle<br />

benefit MATCO Services consumers, allowing<br />

for the purchase of items and<br />

services to support recreational activities<br />

and other extras.<br />

Two concerts by Community Singers<br />

The Plain City Community Singers<br />

will perform holiday music at 3 p.m.<br />

Dec. 12 and at 7 p.m. Dec. 15 at Buckeye<br />

Brass & Winds (the former Plain City<br />

United Methodist Church), 202 N. Chillicothe<br />

St. Due to space restraints, tickets<br />

are limited to 150 per performance. Tickets are $5 and will benefit<br />

the purchase of music for future performances. Tickets can be purchased<br />

at http://givebutter.com/PCCSHolidayConcert. The concerts will<br />

be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person. Opportunities<br />

for ticket purchases, livestream, or donations are on the aforementioned<br />
