Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. develops, produces and sells a series of
infusion solutions, tablets, capsules, injections and powders in China. The infusion
fluid is used as a base for the mixing and dissolving of pharmaceuticals into the
human body via the veins for therapeutic purposes.
Capitalink, L.C. (subsequently acquired by Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc.) issued
a fairness opinion to the Board of Directors of Shanghai Century Acquisition Corp.,
a Special Purpose Acquisition Corporation (“SPAC”), related to its acquisition of
Sichuan Kelun Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. co-managed a public offering of the securities of
the Shanghai Century Acquisition Corp.
