Opinion Per Curiam
No. 10–797. T. Felkner, Petitioner v. Steven Frank Jackson. On petition
for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit. Motion of respondent for leave to proceed in forma
pauperis granted. Petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment
reversed, and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of
this Court. Opinion per curiam.

Florida Department of Corrections. On petition for writ of certiorari
to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Motion

writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated, and case remanded to
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for further
consideration in light of Wall v. Kholi, 562 U. S. ––– (2011).

for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Sixth Circuit. Motion of petitioner for leave to proceed in forma
pauperis and petition for writ of certiorari granted. Judgment vacated,
and case remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth
Circuit for further consideration in light of Pepper v. United States,
562 U. S. ––– (2011).
