STOUT AUCTIONS<br />

1000 Gilbert Erector 1951 No 10 1/2 Amusement Park Set in OB. The contents of the set are complete and organized correctly.<br />

Contents are C9-10 area. Very nice, bright and clean. Metal box is very clean. Some box rub marks on the high spots on<br />

the lid. Box however does have slight damage to one corner with a shallow dent and some paint loss. Box is otherwise<br />

lower C8. Shipper is sealed on one end, the other end is missing one inner flap and a corner on an outer flap. Shipper is C7<br />

condition. Very clean example of this great set.<br />

1001 Postwar Lionel O gauge No. 2333P and No. 2333T New York Central EMD diesel F3a units with one 2333P OB. Trains<br />

have original porthole lens, screened roof vents, and clean battery compartment. Box looks C7.<br />

1002 Gilbert Erector 1946 No. 9 1/2 set in original box. Set is complete and parts are in C8 condition. The lower level insert is a<br />

reproduction. The metal box is what makes this set stand out. An amazing blue box with only small paint chips at the lid<br />

corners and where the lid clasps sit. Decal is 100% there and the lid is just outstanding. One of if not the nicest metal<br />

Erector boxes out there. High C8 on the box. Pictured on page 83 of Greenberg’s Guide to Erector volume II.<br />

1003 Postwar Lionel O gauge No. 364 lumber loader in original box with insert, component envelope with components, C8.<br />

Box looks C8.<br />

1004 Gilbert Erector No. 600 1950 cardboard standup amusement park store display in original box. Set includes instructions<br />

and is in great condition. The Santa panel is a reproduction. All other parts are clean and bright with the original<br />

instructions included. C8 on the display. Original shipping box has some light wear on the edges, and some stains on the<br />

front panel, otherwise C7-8.<br />

1005 Postwar Lionel O gauge No. 456 coal ramp set in original box with inserts, 3456 Norfolk and Western operating hopper in<br />

original box, controller, posts, bin and door. Ramp looks C7. Hopper shell looks C8, both truck assemblies have some<br />

moderate oxidation. 3456 box looks C8. 456 box looks C8-9.<br />

1006 Wow! This is one of those items that as a collector you dream about. Original Gilbert Erector factory die. This die made<br />

the round side plates on the (EK) plain drum. Die is in very good condition with a few very light spots of surface rust. C7+.<br />

1007 Prewar Lionel O gauge No. 763E steam locomotive and No. 263W tender with whistle in original boxes. No. 67 whistle<br />

controller in OB w/instructions sheet. Both trains are in Gun Metal finish. Loco has slightly bent cab roof corner, C7 area.<br />

Boxes look C7+, 67 has inner tape repairs. Tender box is ink stamped GM.<br />

1008 Really neat Gilbert Erector 1930 store display sign. Sign measures 36.75 inches wide and 19 inches tall. Sign is in very<br />

nice condition colors are still bright with very little paint loss, and only some light edge wear on the black trim. Although<br />

this item is relatively light it will be difficult to ship. Please see our shipping guidelines for this auction and please contact<br />

1009 Prewar Lionel O gauge No. 700E locomotive and No. 700W tender original boxes and Form No. 700E-285-4.8X 8-38<br />

instructions sheet. Boxes look C8-9. Boxes are dated 1937.<br />

1010 Gilbert Tubular Toy from the Gilbert Archives. Was built in 1937. This may have been the prototype for a construction toy<br />

that did go into production for a short period. There is writing on the lid and a partial tag attached from the factory. Some<br />

slight cracking at the base of the tube. C7 condition.<br />

1011 Prewar Lionel O gauge passenger cars, two No. 613 Pullman’s, No. 614 observation car, and No. 615 baggage car. Trains<br />

look fantastic C7, very clean and shiny. Boxes have missing inner flaps, couple small corner tears. Bright and clean C7.<br />

1012 1914 Structo Junior Engineer set from the Gilbert archives. This set was used by Gilbert to study the competitors product.<br />

Unknown if set is complete. Contents are high C7-8. OB has detached lid and some wear at corners and edges.<br />

1013 Prewar Lionel O gauge No. 766W passenger outfit with remote control whistle, set box. Box has some wear to flap folds<br />

and some paper tape repairs/reinforcement to flap folds. Box has brighter label, C7. Connecting ties OB with contents,<br />

1937 instructions book, sixteen curved and four straight sections of 072 track. Set would have consisted of: 763E/263W;<br />

615, 613, 613, 614.
