‘‘Theindoor equestrian arenawill<br />

be thefirst in theSouthIslandand I<br />

specialized horsefloatpark with<br />

powerand water andfully equipped<br />

bathrooms andlocker roomsfor<br />

riderstoprepare before competing.’’<br />

dining restaurant will be available to<br />

thepublic andclub members.<br />

‘‘Webelieve this will bring<br />

enormous benefits to <strong>Ashburton</strong>and<br />

soldiers through mental healthsince<br />

services outthere as well that need<br />

helpand this campus willbeideal for<br />
