PRODUCTION COMMUNICATION GUIDELINESS
2023 – 2024
Moodle:
This is the BSC course page which will contain information redirecting you to the appropriate source for information, timetracking
for required hours, the syllabus, etc. Production specific information should be shared on the Birmingham-Southern
College Theatre Basecamp site. When you are assigned a role and/or production position you will be enrolled in the
appropriate course number. This will give you access to the Moodle page.
Basecamp:
The faculty administrator for Basecamp will add you to the project for which you have a role and/or production position. This
site will be used for ALL production communication. You will receive guidance on this at the first Company Meeting.
homebase:
For the Fall of 2023 this will be the hour-tracking app which will be used to track hours for THA 210, THA 201, and THA 472.
You will receive guidance on usage at the first Company Meeting.
Use of a BSC-designed program will be implemented for hour-tracking beginning in the Spring of 2024. Should this planned
schedule be altered, you will be notified.
