On a mild, sunny morning just north<br />
of Andrew, Kaleb Marshall looked<br />
out over rolling fields lined with<br />
rows of cut alfalfa waiting to be<br />
baled. He was hoping the conditions would<br />
be right to make some hay later that August<br />
afternoon.<br />
“We’ll see,” said Marshall, who makes his<br />
living selling hay and raising livestock. He’d<br />
been waiting about a week for it to dry out<br />
enough for his liking, and he was eager to get<br />
it to market. The longer it sat in the field, the<br />
