Artist Robert Warren worked on his latest painting, entitled, “Snowy Creek,” at <strong>Canal</strong> <strong>Winchester</strong>’s<br />
Founders Day, held Oct. 15 in the historical complex at Oak and North High streets. Warren said the<br />
painting depicts Walnut Creek near the Dietz-Bergstresser covered bridge in <strong>Canal</strong> <strong>Winchester</strong>.<br />
