MSC IN ANIMAL &
VETERINARY SCIENCE
This program focuses on animal biology in health and
disease, preparing students for a career in academia,
industry, agriculture or medical research. Cutting-edge
research laboratories that participate in the program study
animal productivity, animal behavior and welfare, fertilization
and reproduction, public health and veterinary epidemiology,
among other topics.

MSC IN BIOCHEMISTRY,
FOOD SCIENCE AND NUTRITION
Where will our food come from in the future? How can we
improve its nutritional value? This program equips students
with the knowledge and experience needed to conduct
innovative research projects in topics related to food
production, food security, food safety, sensory perception
of food, nutrition-related pathologies, and physiological
responses to dietary deficiencies.

ECONOMICS & MANAGEMENT
Taught by internationally renowned scholars, this program
provides students with a deep understanding of the
interaction between economic systems and the environment
and offers practical tools for internalizing environmental and
natural resource considerations in policy and managerial
decision-making.

MSC IN AGRICULTURE, NATURAL
RESOURCES & ENVIRONMENT
Both the culture of excess in the Western world and the
poverty and hunger rampant in the developing world have
impacted agricultural productivity, resulting in an increased
agricultural output that neglects the long-term consequences
to the environment. This program provides students
with the knowledge and resources needed to reconcile
between agricultural and environmental needs through an
interdisciplinary curriculum that integrates biological, physical
and social sciences.
