Physics is one of the most fundamental sciences. HUJI’s
Racah Institute of Physics is home to the largest number
of physics faculty members in Israel, and students benefit
from a rich curriculum including a wide range of disciplines
such as astrophysics, condensed matter physics, high
energy physics, bio and non-linear physics, nuclear physics,
and atomic, molecular and optical physics. Students gain
advanced knowledge and skills in physics and mathematics,
while carrying out groundbreaking research in leading
labs. Graduates of the program go on to pursue careers
in academia and industry, including fields such as health,
