MSC IN FIELD AND VEGETABLE CROPS
In Israel, field crops and vegetables rely on sophisticated
agrotechnology and biotechnology. This MSc program aims to
prepare students to become leaders in this dynamic research
area by acquiring a deep understanding of the physiological
and biological principles and processes related to crop
productivity in the field.

MSC IN GENETICS & BREEDING
This interdisciplinary program provides students with broad
theoretical and applied knowledge of various fundamental
aspects of genetics and breeding, including classical genetics,
cytogenetics, molecular genetics, bioinformatics, quantitative
genetics and systems biology. Participants are trained to
become researchers in these fields or independent plant and
animal breeders.
MSC IN SOIL AND WATER SCIENCES
The MSc in Soil and Water Sciences program aims to prepare
students for coping with significant challenges in current
and future agriculture. The unique Israeli environment,
characterized by limited water resources, state-of-the-art
agriculture, and diverse climate and soils, offers students
exciting research opportunities to tackle pressing global
issues. Study and research in this program combine the
chemical and physical aspects of soil, water and the
atmosphere, and their continuum.

MSC IN HORTICULTURE
Israel is not only a major exporter of agricultural produce
but also of agricultural expertise. Students in the MSc in
Horticulture degree program learn to apply this knowledge.
The program provides them with a firm understanding of
the fundamental processes of fruit trees, ornamental plants,
flowers and forest trees from the perspectives of physiology,
biochemistry, molecular biology and ecology.
