that you have taken the appropriate actions:

Have paid the amount stated in the inivitation letter for the
convocation via CIMB BANK.
(Please bring the receipt as proof of bank-in when you collect
your convocation dress).
Have Done:
a) Paid convocation fees.
b) Paid tuition and any outstanding fees to the university.
c) Returned all the books on loan to the library.
d) Filled the online survey form (within the time limit and
subject to the needs at that time).
** Degree/Diploma will be witheld
Have prepared the clothes for the convocation ceremony
according to the specifications given.
Have informed parents/guests on the formal dress code
requirements when participating in at the convocation
ceremony.
Bring the verification of participation slip on the Research
on Tracing Graduates From Institutions of Higher Learning
during the Convocation Ceremony or the Conferral of UTM
Degree/Diploma ceremony or collection of Degree/Diploma
Have received and will bring the invitation card (2
parents/guests) and a car sticker during the rehearsal
ceremony as well the convocation ceremony.
