These trends suggest that the town’s population is likely to continue to grow steadily in the coming
years. It is also important to recognize that the town’s over-64 population is increasing quite rapidly (5.1
percent per year from 2011-2021) and children 0-14 years old increased 2 percent per year, both of
which will affect the demand for access to recreational amenities within the town.
