It is easy to have an attractive frontage<br />
with little effort. So what can you do to<br />
improve your odds of selling by having<br />
instant curb appeal?<br />

house number, and if your<br />
mailbox is sitting on a lean or<br />
looking a bit battered, upgrade<br />
and get a new one that suits<br />
your property. Perhaps locate<br />
your house number on the<br />
house or fence in a more<br />

have trees and shrubs neatly<br />
trimmed, with deadwood removed.<br />
Adding pot plants with green foliage or<br />
