Goldstar S12I Tape stuck - guide arm base catching on cassette holder Back tension arm lifting supply side guide post base, allowing it to catch on edge of cassette holder. No adjustment possible for slack guide post. No obvious warping of cassette holder. Twist cassette holder so that LHS is higher. The pin on the cassette holder LHS now does not reach the bottom of the cut-out of the side frame.
