Dulson Training Ltd is one of the UK's largest and most respected training providers for the logistics
sector. Founded over 35 years ago as a small concern with freelance HGV training and one Car &
Trailer for B+E tests, the company has expanded significantly over the last decade. Today, the
company has a team of over 40 staff and a fleet of more than 50 vehicles operating throughout
Shropshire, North Wales, and the West Midlands.
Dulson Training's commitment to exceptional training and customer service is shared by every
member of its staff. The company's expansion has been driven by its efforts to expand its range of
courses and increase capacity for B+E and LGV Driver Training. It has also built close working
relationships with other LGV training providers to increase course capacity.
Over the years, the company has opened several new sites, including a new site at Roden and
current head office, and another site in Hortonwood, Telford. It has become an approved
JAUPT/DVSA Driver CPC training centre, built its own Driver CPC training material, and opened an
RTITB Forklift training centre at Roden.
In 2021, the company opened a new Ludlow site on the South Shropshire and Herefordshire border
to extend its range of course locations over an ever-growing radius. Dulson Training is proud to offer
development opportunities for its staff, with new training courses being developed and a new
training location opening in Halesfield.
Throughout its expansion, Dulson Training has maintained its family-run ethos, with a focus on
exceptional training and customer service. The company has won several awards for its services,
including the Armed Forces Covenant for its services to ex-service personnel, and has been approved
to accept Welsh Government ReACT, ELCAS (MOD), and RoATP apprenticeship funding.
