Many peoplerefer to these little fruits as “nature'scandy” due to their gooey texture andnatural sweetness.The fruits are packed with an abundance ofantioxidants, fiber, and potassium, which areall crucial for maintaining a healthy diet. Andif you have a major sweet tooth, you are inluck! Dates also possess an ample amountof natural sugars. Purees made from datesare the perfect healthy substitute for recipescontaining refined sugars. You can adddate purees into your favorite sweets, suchas cookies, muffins, and sweetbreads, formore natural sweetness, and you probablywouldn't even notice the difference!If you’re a smoothie lover, dates are also anamazing addition.
