Health Care Power of Attorney and Living Will forms are available at the Senior Centers.
Forms must be witnessed and notarized, which can be done for free at the
Robert and Pearl Seymour Center in Chapel Hill, the Central Orange Senior Center
in Hillsborough, or at your bank.
It is advisable to seek an attorney when making a will, establishing a trust or designating
a Durable or Financial Power of Attorney to make property, financial and other legal
decisions.
LEGAL AID OF NORTH CAROLINA
Legal Aid has regular appointments available at both Orange County Senior Centers.
They provide free legal services - such as wills, Durable/Financial Power of Attorney,
and Health Care Power of Attorney.
