will help determine the level and type of service that best matches your needs. Based on your
responses, you may be referred to a provider agency for further assessment, to a community
resource or for immediate assistance in an emergency situation.

Up to six hours of face-to-face crisis counseling provided in the community to consumers of
any age. Telephone counseling also available. Mobile Crisis is for people who do not have a
service provider or can not reach their service provider.
