individual medical record reviews for mediation for Medicare beneficiaries when complaints or<br />

questions arise regarding the services provided. It handles complaints regarding care provided by<br />

hospitals in NC, hospital outpatient departments, physician’s offices, home health agencies, ambulatory<br />
