Modern, outdoor lifestyle brand, Tretorn ®
partners with luxury eyewear brand, Modo, to
launch Tretorn Glasogon, a new collection of
men’s and women’s eyewear. This new endeavour
comes after Tretorn’s recent successful launch
into men’s apparel and the opening of the first
Tretorn Shop this past November. The collection,
named after the Swedish word for eyewear, has
been on view at VEE in New York and at Mido
in Milan.
The collection is composed of 16 ophthalmic
and 12 sunglass styles, available in four colours
each. The selection includes plastic and/or

innovative spring hinge, engineered exclusively
by Modo, is featured and is laid out to
represent elements of the Swedish flag – the
inspiration of the Tretorn logo.
Packaging and in-store displays were also
given special attention and indicate a fresh,
stylish and functional direction. The eyewear
case is a recyclable paper cylinder tube, lined
in blue or yellow fabric to signify the Swedish
flag. Allowing for flexible merchandising
options Tretorn created in-store materials
ranging from logo plaques to counter cards.
