While Ron was tirelessly working, she raised their three children, all of whom attended Windermere Preparatory School. Owen is graduating this year, Evan is preparing to graduate from the University of Central Florida, and Kaitlyn is at the Savannah College of Art and Design. Married for 24 years, Ron and Kathy still never miss the chance to go to live rock concerts. Ron promises his phone is still on during the show. As the year continues, Ron sees that the housing market forecast will be different from recent years. “The real estate outlook from a year ago to now is very different, focusing more now on lack of inventory from homeowners not wanting to relinquish their very low interest rates,” he said. “It’s causing a housing shortage in the area, and there is still a huge influx of migration, and no one is leaving. It’s a housing shortage that I don’t see satisfied any time soon due to supply chain issues.
