Claudio Gobbetti was born in Foligno,
Italy. He graduated in Literature and
Philosophy at the Carlo Bo University
of Urbino. After graduation he moved to
Milan to complete a master in creative
writing. He has worked as a creative
manager for the most prestigious
advertising agencies in Italy, winning
national and international awards. He is
currently an author, a creative director in
television and a university professor at
the New Academy of Fine Arts in Milan.
In recent years he has fostered a passion
for children’s fiction and began writing
children’s books. He is saving to build
a log cabin, identical to the one where
Roald Dahl took refuge to write.
