this wine an excellent match with food.
Made from the finest fruit in the UK, this wine is
aged for 11 months in barrel, 30% of which in new
oak. Red fruits dominate with cherry, raspberry, and
red currant with just a hint of mulberry. A touch
of savoury spice and smoke finish off the rounded
palate, with a lingering taste, underpinned by a
subtle toasty oak.
