FACULTY AND STAFF OBJECTIVES:
• Demonstrate growth in key employee survey measures.
• Ensure teachers remain at or above compensation benchmarks.
• Minimize the amount of voluntary employee turnover year over year.
• Ensure there is an adequate pipeline of highly qualified, mission appropriate candidates
for any open faculty or administrative position.
• Maintain and manage demographic data showing the makeup of our employee
community.
CAMPUS OBJECTIVES:
• Optimize the utilization of campus facilities while maintaining adequate capacity for
projected growth.
• Ensure the average student drop-off and pick-up times do not exceed 30 minutes.
• Ensure all faculty have a quiet place to work and make phone calls during planning
periods.
• Develop, launch, and successfully execute the next capital investment plan in connection
with the campus master planning work.
FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES:
• Maintain the excellent financial condition of CCS.
• Identify and implement alternative revenue opportunities that generate at least a 2%
increase in total income.
• Ensure necessary capital repairs and replacement projects are adequately funded to
maintain the school’s property in excellent condition.
• Play an integral role in evaluating and formulating and executing a plan to address the
financial, strategic, and missional ramifications of the TSSAA (the governing body of
secondary school athletics in Tennessee), potentially moving CCS into the Division II
AAA classification for football.
DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES:
• Oversee the development function to ensure annual giving is adequate to alleviate the
financial burden on tuition payers.
• Ensure adequate financial assistance for current and projected micro school students
through fundraising efforts.
• Play a key role in developing, launching, and successfully funding and executing the
next campaign to support the capital investment strategy.
