FACULTY AND STAFF OBJECTIVES:<br />

• Demonstrate growth in key employee survey measures.<br />

• Ensure teachers remain at or above compensation benchmarks.<br />

• Minimize the amount <strong>of</strong> voluntary employee turnover year over year.<br />

• Ensure there is an adequate pipeline <strong>of</strong> highly qualified, mission appropriate candidates<br />

for any open faculty or administrative position.<br />

• Maintain and manage demographic data showing the makeup <strong>of</strong> our employee<br />

community.<br />

CAMPUS OBJECTIVES:<br />

• Optimize the utilization <strong>of</strong> campus facilities while maintaining adequate capacity for<br />

projected growth.<br />

• Ensure the average student drop-<strong>of</strong>f and pick-up times do not exceed 30 minutes.<br />

• Ensure all faculty have a quiet place to work and make phone calls during planning<br />

periods.<br />

• Develop, launch, and successfully execute the next capital investment plan in connection<br />

with the campus master planning work.<br />

FINANCIAL OBJECTIVES:<br />

• Maintain the excellent financial condition <strong>of</strong> CCS.<br />

• Identify and implement alternative revenue opportunities that generate at least a 2%<br />

increase in total income.<br />

• Ensure necessary capital repairs and replacement projects are adequately funded to<br />

maintain the school’s property in excellent condition.<br />

• Play an integral role in evaluating and formulating and executing a plan to address the<br />

financial, strategic, and missional ramifications <strong>of</strong> the TSSAA (the governing body <strong>of</strong><br />

secondary school athletics in Tennessee), potentially moving CCS into the Division II<br />

AAA classification for football.<br />

DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVES:<br />

• Oversee the development function to ensure annual giving is adequate to alleviate the<br />

financial burden on tuition payers.<br />

• Ensure adequate financial assistance for current and projected micro school students<br />

through fundraising efforts.<br />

• Play a key role in developing, launching, and successfully funding and executing the<br />

next campaign to support the capital investment strategy.
